The next workshop happening on 25th of June is part of the Web3Expressão program and is designed for those who want to take their first steps in creating music using modular synthesizer systems. In collaboration with MILL participants will explore various generative music concepts, including generative systems, musical compositions, sound effects, logical operations, sequencing, and quantization with Guilherme Martins from 19:00-21:00.

Guilherme Martins is a multitalented artist who excels in a variety of fields, including visual design, digital arts, multimedia production, physical computing, and interactive systems.
With a background in design, development, direction, and education, he brings a unique perspective and a wide range of skills to every project he works on. His portfolio includes immersive video for live performances in the fields of opera, theater, dance, and music, as well as interactive installations for museums, exhibitions, festivals, and advertising events.
Additionally, he has experience creating physical computing systems for installations, robotics, and musical instruments.
Modular synthesizers are composed of multiple interconnected modules, each serving a specific function such as oscillators, function generators, effects processors, and logic operators. These modules can be connected using patch cables to manipulate analog signals and generate a wide range of sounds, from deep soundscapes to percussive rhythms and melodies.
